Printing on the Backing Paper
This is a special printing method. Normally, we print on the front sticker material. Here, we print directly on the back side of the sticker's liner paper. The liner paper is the sheet you peel off. This method is used to add temporary information. For example, large clear stickers often have instructions printed on the liner. The instructions show you how to apply the sticker correctly. This information is visible before you use the sticker.

Die-cutting the Backing Paper
Die-cutting the backing paper (often called back-cutting or backing paper tearing) is a process that involves cutting a slit in the release liner on the back of an adhesive sticker. It's specifically designed to address the difficulty of peeling large or single stickers from the backing paper. This design allows users to easily pry open the backing paper, improving peeling efficiency, and is particularly suitable for flat stickers for quick alignment and application.

Yucai's die cut custom stickers offer you a one-stop service, making your ordering more flexible and personalized. We balance quality and cost to provide value, not just cheap die cut stickers.
High-Precision Cutting
Our machines cut with great accuracy. They cleanly separate the sticker from the backing paper. This process leaves neat and tidy edges, with no burrs.

Q: What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?
A: This explains die cut vs kiss cut stickers: Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker material and the backing paper, resulting in individually separated stickers. Kiss-cut is only cut through the top layer, leaving stickers on a single backing sheet. Die-cut is standard for individual stickers.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We don't have MOQ, but the more the quantity, the cheaper the unit price.
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: Standard lead time is about 7 days after final artwork approval and deposit receipt. Rush service is available.
Q: What file format do you require?
A: We prefer vector files for the best quality. High-resolution PNG/JPEG (300+ DPI) with a clear cutline indication is also acceptable.
Q: Can you help with the design?
A: Yes, we offer basic design adjustment services to ensure your file is print-ready. For custom design from scratch, we can provide a separate quotation.
