A: We recommend PVC, synthetic paper, and laminated PP materials. Featuring water resistance, UV resistance, and wear resistance, these materials are ideal for outdoor labels and outer carton stickers.
2）Do design files need to be converted to outlines? What file format is preferred?
A: Outline conversion is required to avoid font missing. Vector files such as AI and CDR are preferred. For PDF files, please confirm that outlines have been converted, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.
3）What are the differences between half-cut and full-cut die cutting? Which one should I choose?
A: Half-cut stickers only penetrates the face paper and adhesive layer while keeping the backing paper intact, allowing stickers to be peeled off easily and making it suitable for regular labels. Individual stickers goes through all layers, producing individual sheets of finished products, which is ideal for stickers that do not require backing paper.
4）What shipping methods are available?
A: We support express delivery, air freight, and sea freight. Freight is calculated based on the weight or volume of the goods. For small orders, we recommend express delivery; for large orders, air or sea freight is advisable.
5）What are the payment methods and the deposit ratio?
A: We accept T/T, PayPal, and other payment methods. The deposit ratio is generally 50%–70%, and the balance shall be paid before shipment.
