What is the difference between a mailer box and a shipping box?

Corrugated boxes come in many styles: Regular slotted cartons are the standard box you're used to seeing. Multi-depth boxes can be cut down to create boxes of differing heights. Corrugated mailers are for shipping small or multiple products.

How is cardboard packaging printed?

Flexographic printing is commonly used for printing on materials with rough or uneven surfaces, making it an ideal print method for printing onto cardboard boxes. The printer has rotating cylinders with inked plates of a slightly raised image.

If smooth surface, we do CMYK or Pantone Offset Printing, which have great color effect.

Can you make the design for me? Do you charge design fee?

Can I get a sample?

How do you print on glossy cardboard? How to Print on Glossy Paper?

1) Clean the rollers on your printer before using glossy paper, or the rollers may have a hard time feeding the gloss paper through the printer...

2) Allow the printed paper to dry in the printer's paper tray before removing...

3) Lay the printed paper on a flat surface to completely dry.

How can I pay for it?

By Paypal, T/T, bank transfer.

50% deposit in advance, 50% balance and shipping cost before the delivery.

Normally will offer picture and video when finsih, then could arrange balance.

How to store the packaging box?

We recommend storing in a dry and ventilated dark room, so that the cards are protected from direct sunlight and will not get damp or fade.

Normally 10-12 working days after we confirm the production design file. Rush order is available.

Can I get sample before bulk production?

Yes we are glad to provide samples before the bulk order.
