1. First, you must understand the material and shape of the label laminate. For example, the material of the label laminate is glass, PP, PET, HDPE, metal, etc., and the shape of the laminate surface is glass plane, curved surface, sphere, concave surface, etc. The material and shape of the laminate influences the material selection. If you are not sure of the material of the fitting, in order to better manufacture your label, you can ask the customer to send the product to you, which is more helpful to choose the suitable material.

2. Understand the specific application scenarios of labels. For example, check whether the attached label needs to be used in extreme environments, such as high temperature, high humidity, freezing, soaking, and strong acid and alkali. Different use environment, label material requirements are also different. For example, the customer's products need to be refrigerated, so it is necessary to use materials that can be refrigerated and do not deglue. In some special use environment, it is best to send the sample material of self-adhesive to the customer for a test, so as to ensure that the production of mass stickers will not be wasted.

3. Understand the transportation and storage environment of the labels, such as whether the labels need to be transported to the far south or far north, or whether the labels need to be transported by sea. These all need to make accurate judgment and preliminary preparation as far as possible according to the actual situation.

4. The performance of the glue and surface of the printing material is preliminarily screened. This is because there are many application scenarios of glue, and the price also changes. The selection of the outside material is also a key parameter that determines the effect of the finished product. If the selection is wrong, all the previous work will be wasted. It is necessary to know whether the glue needed is of general viscosity, super glue or removable glue according to the needs of customers.

5. According to the above statistical data, preliminary selection of good material model, and then the next step of die-cutting blank label physical fitting test.

6. Customers are required to provide standard fit sample bottles, such as shampoo containers such as HDPE, PP, PET, etc. In general, HDPE bottles are used more often than PET bottles.

7. If the customer uses the labeling machine, in order to ensure the final use effect of the label, do a basic investigation on the model of the labeling machine.

8. Consider the acceptable range of label taste, which few companies may pay attention to. For example, the glue and material of the material will have a certain taste, and the printing ink will aggravate the taste aggregation after the ink is cured. All these need to be taken into account.

In short, unknown risks can be minimized by continuously testing and verifying the performance and environmental requirements of materials, glues, backing paper strength, labeling machines, pastes, etc., before mass production.
